The VITALITE VELR Series (models VELR 75/R and VELR 115/R) is a premium Round Recessed LED Emergency Light designed for seamless, discreet integration into modern plaster ceilings.
This downlight features a clean aesthetic with a Metal Rim (White Texture) and a Polycarbonate Frosted Diffuser, ensuring even light distribution.
It operates in Non-Maintained mode, meaning the light remains off during normal power conditions and activates instantly upon a power failure.
The fixture provides a critical 3 hours of emergency duration , powered by a reliable Ni-Cd SC 3.6V 1800mAh battery. The light output is a clear 115 lumens , utilizing a single, efficient LED 3535 lamp.
Installation is simple, requiring a different hole cut for each model: D67 mm for the VELR 75/R and D100 mm for the VELR 115/R.
The control gear is housed in a separate Mild Steel Gear Box for easier ceiling access. As a Class 1/IP20 rated indoor solution, the VITALITE VELR Series is fully tested to MS standards and certified by BOMBA, MS, and SIRIM , making it a compliant and high-quality safety lighting solution suitable for mounting heights of at least 3m
