Refund and Returns Policy

Customers are advised to check and inspect your items upon receiving. Any spoiled/damaged or incorrect items from your placed order, please notify us within 12 hours from the date & time of delivery.

We reserve the right to request from you proof of damage or substandard of item(s), a replacement or refund will be made within 14 working days at our sole discretion and will be processed upon our review and successful verification of proof.

Cancellation – We may cancel your order if your product(s) is not available for any reason. You are entitled for a refund at the price which you have paid during checkout via online payment. Any refunds (if approved) will be made via the original payment method used within 14 working days.
